CUTVEY FACT SHEET (updated November 3, 2026)

What it is: Production management software for video production
companies, filmmakers, videographers and photographers. One workspace
runs a job from the first inquiry to the final payment.
Company: Cutvey LLC, Orlando, Florida. Made by filmmakers.
Launched: November 1, 2026. Available now at cutvey.com.
Price: Solo $49, Pro $99 and Studio $199 a month. Billed yearly: $29,
$59 and $119 a month, 40% less than paying monthly. Enterprise pricing
is set with each company. Every plan can be tried in full for 14 days
  without a card.
Add-ons: Extra seats at $10 a month each. Storage in 200 GB blocks at
  $15 a month or 1 TB blocks at $30 a month.
Fewer subscriptions: The stack calculator at cutvey.com/stack-calculator
puts the usual tool for each job at about $210 a month across seven
tools for a two-person studio, on list prices checked in November
2026. Cutvey is one subscription in their place, and the calculator
lists what it does not replace.
Across the job: Leads and booking, proposals with e-signature and
deposits, planning, crew and call sheets, client review in up to 4K,
delivery that waits for approval and payment, invoices, books with US
bank feeds and mileage, galleries with favorites, download packages
  and online sales for photographers.
Proposals: The client reads the proposal, picks a package, signs and
pays the deposit in one visit. Edits to a sent proposal reach the
client only when the studio publishes them, and every version is kept.
Crew: Deal memos the studio previews before sending, call sheets with
the forecast, sunrise and sunset and the nearest hospital, a one-tap
confirm for each person, and crew timecards.
Review: Cuts in up to 4K. Notes are tied to the file's own timecode,
drop-frame aware at 29.97 and 59.94, and export as Resolve and Avid
EDLs, Final Cut Pro XML and Premiere Pro markers.
Delivery: Final files can stay locked until the cut is approved and the
balance is paid, and the studio can release them early when it
  chooses.
Payments: Clients pay through the studio's own Stripe account. Cutvey
does not currently take a cut of what clients pay; the studio pays
  Stripe's processing fees.
Ads and data: No ads. Cutvey does not currently sell personal
information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
AI: AI helpers run when someone on the team asks for them. Cutvey does
not currently use customer content to train generalized AI models. On
Pro and up, a studio can connect its own ChatGPT or Claude.
Sign-in: No passwords: a one-time code sent by email, with optional two-
factor authentication. Clients need no account; crew get a free one.
There is no fee per client or per project.
Privacy: Email open tracking can be turned off for any recipient or the
whole workspace, and starts off for new workspaces in the European
Economic Area, the UK and Quebec. Location data is taken out of
uploaded moodboard pictures and RAW files.
Languages: 41 languages and regional variants, including Arabic, Hebrew
and Farsi, for client pages, emails and the studio app.
Platforms: Any modern web browser. The free Cutvey app for iPhone, iPad
and Mac is on the App Store for people with a Cutvey account.
Apps for set: Cutvey Offload for the Mac (signed with an Apple Developer
ID and notarized by Apple), Cutvey Meter and Cutvey Viewfinder (App
Store), and Cutvey Teleprompter. Every Cutvey plan includes them, and
Meter and Viewfinder can also be bought once on the App Store, with no
  subscription.
Hosting: Mainly in the United States, on DigitalOcean, with files on
  Cloudflare R2.
