Cutvey launches one subscription built for video production companies, in place of the stack of general-purpose tools

Cutvey runs a video job from the first inquiry to the final payment, in one subscription.

ORLANDO, Fla. Cutvey LLC has launched Cutvey, production management
software for video production companies, filmmakers and videographers,
available now at cutvey.com. It takes the place of the separate
subscriptions many studios piece together. Cutvey's stack calculator,
built from list prices checked in November 2026, puts the usual tool for
each job at about $210 a month across seven tools for a two-person
studio. Cutvey is a subscription too: its Pro plan is $99 a month, or
$59 a month billed yearly.

WHAT IT DOES ACROSS A JOB

- Inquiry and booking: lead forms for the studio's website and a booking
  page.
- Proposal and contract: the client picks a package, signs and pays the
  deposit in one visit.
- Planning: shot lists, storyboards, moodboards and script breakdown.
- Crew and call sheets: deal memos, and call sheets with the forecast
and the nearest hospital, confirmed in one tap.
- Review and approval: clients review cuts in up to 4K, with notes on
the file's own timecode that export to Resolve, Avid, Final Cut Pro
  and Premiere Pro.
- Delivery: final files can stay locked until the cut is approved and
  the balance is paid.
- Getting paid: invoices and reminders through the studio's own Stripe
account, with the books built in.

WHY IT IS DIFFERENT

- Built by filmmakers. Cutvey is built by filmmakers who run it on their
own productions. A person on our team reviews every release before it
  reaches customers.
- No cut of client payments. Payments go to the studio's own Stripe
account, and Cutvey does not currently take a cut.
- No ads, and customer data is not for sale. Cutvey shows no ads and
does not currently sell personal information.
- AI when someone asks for it. AI helpers run when someone on the team
asks for them. Cutvey does not currently use customer content to train
  generalized AI models.
- No passwords and no client accounts. People sign in with a one-time
email code, and clients sign, review and pay without an account.
- Privacy for clients and crew. Email open tracking can be turned off
for any recipient, and location data is taken out of uploaded
  moodboard pictures and RAW files.

"Filmmakers are tired of paying for a stack of subscriptions that were
built for every kind of business except theirs," said the Cutvey team.
"Cutvey is one subscription made for the way a production actually runs,
from the first email to the last payment."

APPS FOR SET

Cutvey also makes Apple apps on the same account. Cutvey Offload copies
camera cards on the Mac and checks every copy, and Cutvey Meter,
Viewfinder and Teleprompter handle color, framing and the script on set.
Every plan includes them. Offload for Mac is signed with an Apple
Developer ID and notarized by Apple, and Meter and Viewfinder are on the
App Store.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

Cutvey is available now at cutvey.com, in 41 languages and regional
variants. Solo is $49 a month, Pro $99 and Studio $199, or $29, $59 and
$119 a month billed yearly, 40% less than monthly. Enterprise is priced
per company. Any plan can be tried in full for 14 days without a card.
