Support

How can we help?

Check the quick answers below, or send us the details — screenshots welcome. Support is handled by people who use the product daily, not a script.

I can't log in
Cutvey uses email sign-in codes instead of passwords. Enter your email on the login page and we'll send a one-time code — check spam if it doesn't arrive within a minute. If you use two-factor authentication and lost your device, sign in with one of your recovery codes, then re-enroll from Settings → Security.
My client says the review or delivery link doesn't work
Links can expire if you've set a delivery expiry date, and review links change when you share a new version. Open the project, check the share panel, and resend the current link. Clients never need an account — if they're being asked to log in, they're on the wrong URL.
How do I add a teammate or change their permissions?
Settings → Team. Invites are sent by email, and each person gets a role (producer, editor, finance, and so on). You can fine-tune what each role can see and do in the same place. Adding a seat past your plan's limit will prompt an upgrade first.
Where do I change my plan or billing details?
Settings → Plan & Billing shows your current usage against your plan's limits and lets you switch plans. Changes upgrade immediately and downgrade at the next billing date.
Can I export my data?
Yes — Settings includes a full backup export, and most pages (invoices, reports, profitability) have their own CSV export. Your data is never held hostage.
Something looks broken
Use the form below and include the page URL, what you expected, and what happened instead — a screenshot helps enormously. Bugs from paying customers jump the queue, and Studio and Enterprise plans get priority response times.

The email you log in to Cutvey with, so we can find your workspace.

Response times

All plans: within one business day.
Studio: priority queue.
Enterprise: dedicated success manager.
