Win the work

Catch every inquiry, answer it fast, and send a proposal your client can read, sign and pay on their phone. Everything they agree to becomes the project, so nothing gets typed twice.

Never lose an inquiry

Leads arrive from the form on your website, a photo of a business card, or an email you paste in. They land on a board with your own stages, scored so you know who to call first.

  • Lead pipeline with your own stages, or presets for commercial, wedding, social and documentary work
  • Lead forms and a chat box for your website, with spam protection
  • Snap a business card, or paste an email, and the lead fills itself in
  • Bring your list over from a spreadsheet, HoneyBook or Dubsado
The leads board: a new inquiry lands with its score.

Let them book you

Share one link for calls, consultations or mini sessions. It reads your calendar, so nobody books the hour you are on set.

  • Booking types with their own hours and intake questions
  • Take a deposit or full payment when they book
  • Mini-session days, booked back to back
  • Busy times from your Google or Outlook calendar
A booking page that hides the hours you are busy.

Proposals that close

Start from a template made for video and photo work, offer up to four packages, and see how long they spend on each part. Change it after you send it, and they see the new version only when you publish it.

  • Starter proposals written for video jobs and for photo shoots, plus your own templates and saved sections
  • Packages, add-ons, discount codes and your own rate cards
  • Payment plans the client chooses from
  • See when it is opened and how long they spend on each part
  • A follow-up queue so no proposal goes quiet
  • Optional: a question box, a decline link, a call before they sign and, on Pro and Studio, a password
See when it is opened and how long they spend on each part.

Packages they can compare

Give the client up to four ways to say yes. They see each package side by side, pick one, and the total and the deposit follow their pick.

  • Up to four packages, each with its own line items
  • An optional table that compares what each one includes
  • The deposit and the payment schedule follow the package they choose
A package picked, signed, and the deposit invoice raised.

Signed, then paid

The proposal they sign is the contract. When they sign, the deposit invoice is raised, the booking is confirmed and the project opens with everything they agreed to.

  • E-signature with an audit trail
  • Several signers and readers at the client
  • Separate contracts from your own clause library, with countersigning
  • Withdraw a proposal you sent, or let an expired one close itself
One signature raises the deposit invoice, confirms the booking and opens the project.

Next steps that run on their own

Questionnaires, forms and reminders go out when something happens, so the next step does not wait for you to remember it.

  • Questionnaires and forms sent on their own, with a reminder and a to-do in the client's portal
  • Email automations on six events, such as a new lead, a signed proposal or a payment
  • Workflows that can also start when a client books a call or an invoice goes overdue
A workflow: a form, a wait, then a task.

Questions people ask

Is the proposal really the contract?

Yes. Your terms sit inside the proposal and the client signs the whole thing. If you also want a separate contract, you can make one from your clause library and send it for signature.

How many proposals can I send?

Solo sends 10 a month, Pro 50, and Studio as many as you like.

Can I bring my leads and clients from HoneyBook or Dubsado?

Yes. Export them as a spreadsheet and import them. Cutvey shows you what it will create before anything is saved, and open invoices and active projects come across too.
