Export your data or delete a workspace

Your work is yours. You can download a full copy at any time, and most lists have their own CSV export too.

Download everything

1. Open Settings > Data & Privacy.
2. Under Export everything, press Download export.

You get one file with every record in your workspace: clients, leads, projects, proposals, invoices, crew, Books and more. Secrets like connection keys are left out. Your uploaded files are listed by name; the media itself stays in your workspace, so download any files you want to keep from the project or Files.

You can download up to 5 exports an hour.

CSV exports

Many lists have their own spreadsheet export, including clients, leads, invoices, time, releases, activity and project profitability. Look for the export button on the page.

Delete a workspace

Only the owner can delete a workspace.

1. Open Settings > Data & Privacy and find the danger zone.
2. Press Delete workspace.
3. Enter the code we email you, then press Schedule deletion.

The workspace is deleted 7 days later. Until then, press Cancel deletion, keep everything and nothing is lost. After the 7 days, deletion is final.

Download an export first if you might want your records later.
