AI actions and the assistant
Cutvey's built-in AI helps with the busy work: drafting a proposal, reading a pasted email, writing a follow-up, transcribing a cut. Each time it calls an AI model on your behalf, it uses an AI action from your plan's monthly allowance.
How many you get
| Plan | AI actions a month |
|---|---|
| Solo | 200 |
| Pro | 1,000 |
| Studio | 5,000 |
| Enterprise | Set in its agreement (20,000 by default) |
The count starts again on your billing day each month. You see a warning at 80 percent. On Studio, 5,000 is a firm limit.
What uses one
- asking the assistant a question
- pasting an email or note for the assistant to read
- an @Assistant answer in Messages
- drafting, polishing or checking a proposal, or drafting its email
- writing a follow-up or reading a receipt or business card
- an answer from your website chatbot, if you turned its AI on
- a transcript, one action for each started 10 minutes of a cut
Suggested questions cost nothing.
The assistant
Press Ask AI on your dashboard to open your assistant. It is private to you and only sees what your role can see. Paste an inquiry email and it offers a ready lead, an expense or a note for you to check. Nothing is saved until you press the button.
Your own AI instead
On Pro and up, you can connect ChatGPT or Claude and use them without spending AI actions. See Connect ChatGPT or Claude.
