What each plan includes

Every limit on the pricing page is a real limit. Here is what each plan includes, and what counts.

The limits

Enterprise has unlimited seats, projects, contacts, crew, proposals, automations and lead capture forms. Its storage and AI actions are set in its agreement, by default 5 TB and 20,000 AI actions a month. Prices are on the pricing page.

Unlimited means no fixed number applies. Technical limits, abuse protections and the Terms still apply.

What counts

• Contacts are your active leads and clients. Archived clients and leads you marked won or lost do not count. Imported contacts count like any other.
• Crew counts active people on your roster. Archived crew do not count.
• Active projects do not include archived ones.
• Proposals and AI actions reset on your billing day each month.
• Automations count your switched-on workflows and automatic emails.
• Storage counts every file you keep, uploads in progress included.

Features by plan

• Pro and up: send email from your own domain, password-protected proposals, the Cutvey API and Zapier, and connecting ChatGPT or Claude.
• Studio and up: your client portal on your own domain, and removing the Cutvey credit.
• Enterprise: single sign-on.

Storage

At full storage, new uploads wait, while viewing, sharing, deleting and invoicing all keep working. There is no surprise overage charge. You can add storage in Settings > Plan & Billing: 200 GB for $15 a month or 1 TB for $30 a month, as many as you need. On an annual plan, 200 GB is $180 a year and 1 TB is $360 a year.
