Add extra seats

Each paid plan includes a number of seats. When you need one more person, you can add a seat instead of changing plans.

How many you can add

An extra seat is $10 a month. On an annual plan each seat is $120 a year. Enterprise sets its seats in its own agreement.

Add a seat

1. Open Settings > Plan & Billing.
2. Under Seats, set Extra seats to the number you want and press Update seats.
3. Cutvey shows what you will be charged today before you confirm. You pay only for the new seats, for the part of the period that is left.

Extra seats need an active subscription. During a free trial, choose your plan first.

Remove a seat

Only the owner can lower the number of seats, and only to a number that still covers everyone who has one. Billing for a removed seat stops right away, and nothing is refunded. The seat closes to new people at once. Until the period you paid for ends, you can put it back at no charge.

Extra seats add people only. They do not raise your storage, projects or any other limit.
