Gallery visitors and leads

A wedding or event gallery is seen by many people. Registration tells you who they are, and you can choose to add them to your leads.

Ask visitors to register

1. Open the gallery and go to Gallery settings.
2. Under Access and sharing, turn on Visitors register with email before viewing.

Each visitor gives their name and email before they see the photos. Their favorites, lists and downloads are then tied to them.

Turn visitors into leads

Turn on Add visitors who register to your leads. It is off until you turn it on. Each new visitor then appears in Sales > Leads, ready for you to follow up.

What you can see

Each gallery shows how many times it was opened, how long it stayed open, and every download. A visitor has a name once they register. Looking at a gallery stores nothing on the visitor's device until they do something that needs to be theirs, like a favorite or a download.
