Video and slideshow music

A gallery is not only stills. You can add video clips beside the photos, and play a song while visitors watch the slideshow.

Add video

Upload videos to a gallery the same way you upload photos. Cutvey takes MP4, MOV, M4V and WebM files.

  • Videos play in Cutvey's own player, streamed smoothly at the right quality.
  • If the gallery watermarks its previews, the watermark text is on the video too.
  • Downloads follow the gallery's rules, just like photos.

A video is never for sale and never used as the gallery's cover, and the slideshow skips videos. Videos count toward your storage like any other file.

Add slideshow music

  1. Open the gallery's settings and find Slideshow music.
  2. Press Upload song and choose an MP3, M4A or WAV file, up to 50 MB.
  3. One song plays while visitors watch the slideshow.

Use Replace song or Remove song to change it.

If a file is refused

A file that does not open as a video is not added, and Cutvey tells you which one. For music, use an MP3, M4A or WAV file under 50 MB.
