Add your logo and colors

Your clients see your studio, not ours. Everything you send carries your logo and colors, set once in Settings > Branding.

Add your logos

1. Open Settings > Branding.
2. Under Logos, upload a square logo and a wide one. The wide one sits at the top of invoices and documents. PNG or JPG work best.
3. Press Save changes.

Choose where each logo shows

Logo appearance lets you choose, for each place, which logo appears and whether your studio name shows beside it. The places are proposals, invoices, emails, the client portal, crew paperwork and the sign-in page.

Pick your colors

Under Colors, set an Accent color and a Secondary color. The accent colors buttons and highlights on your client pages and emails. If you are not sure, start from a color in your logo.

Your own domains

• Send email from your own address. Pro, Studio and Enterprise can connect a sending domain, so mail comes from your studio's address. See Send email from your own domain.
• Your portal on your own domain. Studio and Enterprise can serve the client portal from an address like portal.yourstudio.com. See Your client portal on your own domain.

On Studio you can also tick Remove Cutvey branding to take the small Cutvey credit off your client pages.
