Your client portal on your own domain
On the Studio and Enterprise plans, your client portal can live at a subdomain you own, like portal.yourstudio.com. Clients and crew sign in under your name, and the links you send carry it too.
Set it up
- Open Settings > Integrations and find the Custom domain card.
- Enter the subdomain you want, for example portal.yourstudio.com.
- At your DNS host, add the one CNAME record Cutvey shows you.
- Back in Cutvey, press Verify DNS.
The security certificate is issued automatically once the record is found. The custom domain setup guide covers each step, registrar by registrar.
If the name was used before
If another Cutvey workspace has used that name in the past, Cutvey also asks for a TXT record that proves the domain is yours. It shows you exactly what to add.
If you leave the Studio plan
Your portal keeps working on its Cutvey address. After 30 days off the plan, the custom name is let go, and you can set it up again when you come back.
Remove Cutvey branding
The Studio plan can also turn off Cutvey's branding in Settings > Branding, so clients see only your studio.
