Deliver final files

Each project has a Deliver section. You add your final files, and your client gets one page to watch and download them.

Add the final files

  1. Open the project and go to Deliver.
  2. Under Final files, upload your masters, social cuts, stills or anything else.
  3. To deliver a cut the client already approved in Review, use Add an approved cut, then Add to delivery. It uses the file you already uploaded, so there is nothing to upload again and no extra storage.

You can add files that are already in your project's Files too.

Choose who can open it

Under Delivery link you decide:

  • Who can open it: anyone with the link, or only invited people, who confirm their email with a one-time code. The project's client is always invited.
  • An optional password, when anyone with the link can open it.
  • A last day. The link stops at the end of that day, in your workspace's time zone.
  • Whether downloads are on.

Resetting the link turns the old one off at once.

Send it

When the delivery is open, press Send the link to email it. If the files are still locked, Cutvey waits. See Downloads that unlock on payment.

The ZIP download

Your client can download everything in one go. Each package is a folder, and a very large delivery is split into parts of about 20 GB. If a file could not be included, the ZIP lists it in a small text file so nothing goes missing quietly.
