Cutvey notifications in Slack

Add Cutvey to your Slack workspace and the moments that matter show up where your team already talks: a new lead, a viewed or signed proposal, a payment, a review note, an approval, a delivery or a booking.

Add Cutvey to Slack

1. Open Settings > Integrations and find Messaging.
2. Press Add to Slack and approve it in Slack.
3. Press Choose channels and pick a Default channel.
4. Optionally, send some kinds somewhere else, for example payments to a finance channel.
5. Press Save channels, then Send a test message.

Nothing is posted until a default channel is set.

Choose what is posted

Each kind of notification has a Slack column in Settings > Notifications. Switch it on for the kinds you want in Slack. A notification meant for one person is never posted to a channel.

If you used a Slack webhook before

Installing the app replaces the old incoming webhook for your workspace. You do not need to remove anything.

Remove it

If someone uninstalls the app from Slack, the card shows that it needs reconnecting. Add it again to continue.
