Your booking page is a link clients use to book a call or a session with you. Each booking makes a calendar event and a lead.

Turn it on

  1. Go to Settings > Scheduling and stay on Booking page.
  2. Under Client booking link, tick Booking link is active.
  3. Set the Meeting title, Slot length (min), Day starts (hour) and Day ends (hour).
  4. Pick the Days the booking page opens, the Days offered ahead and the Minimum notice (hours).
  5. Press Save booking page, then Copy link to share it.

Booking types

Add a booking type for each kind of meeting you offer, like a 15 minute intro call and a 45 minute planning call. On the Booking types view, press Add booking type and give it a name, a length and a short description. With more than one type, your client picks the type first, then a time.

A booking type can also take payment, keep its own hours and ask questions. See Paid bookings and mini-sessions.

Meeting rules

Under Meeting rules, set a Buffer between meetings (min), a Reminder before (hours) and, for a team, Round robin to share bookings between people. Press Save scheduling.

Your calendar feed

On the Calendar sync view, Copy link gives you a feed you can subscribe to in any calendar app, so your Cutvey meetings and shoots show beside everything else.

Booking from a proposal

You can ask a client to book a time as part of a proposal, before or after they sign. See Client options on a proposal.
