A call sheet tells everyone where to be and when. Cutvey builds it from the project: the people you booked, the schedule, the locations, the weather and the nearest hospital.

Open the call sheet for a day

  1. Open the project and go to Shoot.
  2. Find the shoot day and press Call sheet.

The sheet already lists everyone booked for that day. Add notes, up to six key contacts, cast call times, files and the day's schedule.

Build the schedule

Add lines for shooting, company moves, meals, travel, wrap and notes. Each line's time rolls forward from the one before it, so moving one line moves the rest.

Send it

Press Send this call sheet, then Send. Only people who are new, or whose sheet has changed, are emailed. If you change something, the sheet is marked updated and that person is asked to confirm again.

Need to nudge everyone with the same sheet? Send again re-sends it without clearing anyone's confirmation.

See who has it

Each person shows a status: No email, Not sent, Sent, Delivered, Undeliverable, Viewed, Confirmed or On set. On the shoot day, people check in, and you see who has arrived.

Reminders

Tick Remind people who have not confirmed, the evening before and Cutvey sends one reminder from 5 pm the day before. You can also tick Show the next shoot day on this sheet for multi-day jobs.

Holds are never on a call sheet. Make the hold a booking first. See Book crew, holds and deal memos.
